Our Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refund Amount
For eligible cancellations, we offer a full refund of the booking amount, minus any applicable processing fees. The processing fee is 2% of the total booking amount or $10, whichever is less.
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after the cancellation request is approved. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.
Non-Refundable Bookings
Some special rates or promotions may be non-refundable. These will be clearly marked during the booking process. Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
Extenuating Circumstances
In cases of severe illness, natural disasters, or other extenuating circumstances, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our support team with any relevant documentation to support your request.
Modifications to Bookings
If you need to modify your booking, please contact us at least 48 hours before your check-in time. Modifications are subject to availability and may result in price changes. If the new booking is less expensive, we will refund the difference according to our refund policy.
